For over 20 years, Karen’s career trajectory has taken her from non-profit leader roles in higher education to coaching senior executive teams in diversity and inclusion.  Previously,  Karen held senior leadership roles at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth and the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust, where she spearheaded fundraising campaigns and external  partnerships. In her new  role at the Judge AW Center, she will help individuals, communities and corporate partners translate their social justice and civic voices into the Center’s next phase of growth and expansion.
