Judge Rosalyn Tang currently serves as the Judge of The Court of Special Appeals.
Prior to beginning her carreer as a judge, she worked at Miles & Stockbridge and represented businesses in commercial litigation matters and private clients in family law and divorce matters. Rosalyn also defended title insurance companies, their agents, and insureds, in local and appellate courts.
Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Rosalyn was an Associate County Attorney with the Office of the County Attorney for Montgomery County. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable S. Michael Pincus and Honorable Eric M. Johnson of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Rosalyn also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County.
Rosalyn graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, cum laude, where she was a Staff Editor for the SMU Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.
