The Judge Alexander Williams Jr. Center for Education, Justice, and Ethics(JAWC) at the University of Maryland, College Park provides educational and professional opportunities for individuals who possess the will, passion, dedication, and capacity to transform systems of inequality, and create new narratives of empowerment through social impact. JAWC seeks a candidate who has a passion for people, has lived experiences, a deep commitment to the community, strong collaboration skills, is resourceful and enjoys community outreach and connecting people to resources and opportunities that can enhance their lives. The incumbent will receive program participants visiting the JAWC offices at The Justice Thurgood Marshall Amenity Center (PS-103) in West Baltimore and connecting them with the appropriate JAWC services. Additionally, will also help provide basic community outreach services in the field.
